Collier de camérier secret aux armes de Pie XI – XXe

Collier de camérier secret en métal doré, composé de maillons alternés avec sept médaillons ovales en émail bleu, centrés du monogramme « HC ». Il est complété d’un pendentif portant les insignes pontificaux. Cet insigne a été réalisé par la maison Tanfani & Bertarelli, importante maison romaine spécialisée dans la fabrication d’objets, d’insignes, d’écrins et d’accessoires destinés au Vatican. Le collier, d’une longueur de 51 cm, est conservé dans son étui d’origine en cuir rouge, orné de fers dorés aux armes pontificales de Pie XI, Ambrogio Damiano Achille Ratti (1857-1939), pape de 1922 à 1939. Les armes présentent classiquement la tiare et les clés de Saint-Pierre. Bel état de conservation. Une pièce de collectionneur. Référence 880

A secret chamberlain’s necklace in gilded metal, composed of alternating linkswith seven oval medallions in blue enamel, each centered with the monogram “HC.” It iscompleted by a pendant bearing the papal insignia.This insignia was crafted by Tanfani & Bertarelli,a leading Roman firm specializing in the manufacture of objects, insignia,caskets, and accessories for the Vatican. The necklace, 51 cm long, is preserved in it soriginal red leather case, adorned with gilded metal fittings bearing the papal coat of arms of Pius XI, Ambrogio Damiano Achille Ratti (1857–1939), Pope from 1922 to 1939. The coat of arms classically features the tiara and the keys of Saint Peter. In good condition. A collector’s item.

Episcopal glovesused during solemn ceremonies. Episcopal gloves are partof the traditional liturgical vestments. Their use gradually fell intodisuse following the Second Vatican Council. Ourpair is made of silk thread and richly adorned with embroidery ingold thread. Thesegloves belonged to Monsignor Ricard Fornesa i Puigdemassa (1883–1943), whoserved as vicar capitular of the Diocese of Urgell in Catalonia and, in that capacity, was co-princeof Andorra beginning in 1940. Ahistoric and unique piece, particularly of interest to acollection dedicated to liturgical vestments or the religious history of Andorra and Catalonia. Proven provenance.
