Minerva hallmark and silversmith's mark with the initials HC, sun and star for Henri Chenailler, active in Paris between 1867 and 1884. On the back of each spoon is a delicate depiction of a monstrance.
Likely a gift for a First Communion or Confirmation, or possibly for a ceremonial service.
