Calice Et Sa Patène En Argent – Maison Trioullier – XIXe – Vendu

Il s’agit d’une fabrication des ateliers TRIOULLIER frères, fabricant d'orfèvreries et bronzes d'église à Paris, Rue de Grenelles, actif de 1844 à 1899.
Notre calice en argent doré 950/1000^e pèse 395 grammes et dispose de son coffret d'origine en bois. Sur un pied polylobé, la coupe porte une locution latine rappelant la fonction première de notre calice : « Hic Est Enim Calix Sanguinis »  pour Ceci est Mon Sang.
Une fleur de lys stylisée au niveau de chaque lobe.
Sur la patène apparaît l'Agneau de Dieu, tenant le labarum, lequel est bordé de la mention suivante « Panis Vivus - Agnus Dei", le Pain vivant, l’Agneau de Dieu, rappelant là encore, la fonction première de la patène.

This is a production of the TRIOULLIER brothers workshops, manufacturer of goldsmithing and church bronzes in Paris, Rue de Grenelles, active from 1844 to 1899.
Our 950/1000e gilded silver chalice weighs 395 grams and has its original wooden case. On a polylobed foot, the cup bears a Latin phrase recalling the primary function of our chalice: "Hic Est Enim Calix Sanguinis" for This is My Blood.
A stylized fleur-de-lis at the level of each lobe. On the paten appears the Lamb of God, holding the labarum, which is bordered by the following words "Panis Vivus - Agnus Dei", the living Bread, the Lamb of God, recalling again, the primary function of the paten.
