La coupe est gravée d'une frise de rinceaux feuillagés sur un fût évasé à nœud central. La base gravée d'une croix et légendée « Calicem salutaris accipiam et nomen domini invocabo », pour « Je prendrai la coupe du salut et j'invoquerai le nom du Seigneur"

Ce calice appartenait au Père Julien Fiot, mort pour la France en 1918 et dont le nom est gravé sous la base du calice.
